Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and prohibited activities when using Vision Makers services, including but not limited to:
- Mindshare: A Vision Makers AI-enhanced research and insights service.
- DEX: A decentralized exchange (DEX) that enables users to access and interact with third party DEXs such as OKX.
- KOL Dashboard: Provide token-gated access to insights, commentary, and analysis created by independent influencers.
- Vision Disperse: Enables verified projects, organizations, and token holders to securely and efficiently distribute tokens to multiple recipients using Vision Makers' blockchain infrastructure.
- Community Engagement: A community interactions, discussions, campaigns, and user-generated content within the Vision Makers ecosystem, including official forums, chat groups, campaigns, events, and social channels.
- Conversational AI Interface: An AI-powered command center and knowledge interface that allow users to interact with the Vision Makers ecosystem using natural language.
- Trading Competition Dashboard: A platform that enables users to compete in transparent, fair, and compliance-governed trading events.
- Launchpad: A platform for accessing public sales of Web3 and AI-focused projects.
- Web3 VPN: A decentralized, blockchain-based VPN service offering enhanced privacy and unrestricted access.
- TapHub Game: A gamified AI and blockchain-based mini-game hosted on Telegram. It integrates interactive avatars and AI capabilities for play and monetization.
- Zebec Debit Card: Offered in collaboration with Zebec Network, this crypto debit card enables users to spend supported cryptocurrencies.
By using the Vision Makers Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension, termination, and reporting to legal authorities.
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Platform, directly or indirectly, to engage in any of the following activities, but not limited to:
A. Cybercrime and Abuse of Compute Power
- Launching or supporting denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
- Distributing or deploying malware, ransomware, spyware, or botnets
- Unauthorized access, hacking, or system intrusions
- Network or application scanning, brute force attacks, or exploits
B. Misuse of AI or Compute Resources
- Training, deploying, or distributing:
- Deepfakes used for fraud, impersonation, or harassment
- AI models for creating malware or facilitating cyberattacks
- Autonomous offensive cyber tools or cyberweapons
- Processing or generating illegal, deceptive, or harmful content
C. Financial Crime
- Money laundering or layering transactions
- Terrorist financing or facilitating illicit financial activity
- Use of privacy coins, crypto mixers, darknet marketplaces, or obfuscation tools to avoid detection (unless permitted by law)
D. Sanctions and Export Control Violations
- Accessing the Platform from FATF restricted/sanctioned jurisdictions (e.g., North Korea, Iran, Myanmar, and Russia)
- Use by or on behalf of sanctioned individuals or entities (OFAC, EU, UN lists)
- Processing export-controlled content or software in violation of national or international laws
E. Child Exploitation, Prostitution, and Human Trafficking
- Creating, sharing, storing, or accessing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Engaging in or facilitating prostitution and/or human trafficking
F. Cryptocurrency Mining (in restricted jurisdiction)
- Mining in jurisdictions where it is prohibited by law
- Unauthorized mining activity during non-declared usage
G. Privacy Violations and Intellectual Property Abuse
- Collecting or processing personal data without consent (e.g., violating GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Training models on copyrighted or proprietary datasets without authorization
- Infringing upon any copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights
3. Monitoring and Enforcement
Vision Makers Ltd reserves the right to monitor usage patterns and access logs, investigate suspected violations of this AUP, suspend, restrict, or terminate services with or without notice, and report illegal activity to law enforcement and cooperate fully in investigations. We may use automated tools and third-party services for behavioral and security monitoring.
4. User Responsibility
All users must comply with this AUP and all applicable laws, promptly report any suspected violations to ADMIN@VISIONMAKERS.IO, maintain security of their credentials and access controls, and ensure all software/code used on the Platform is lawful and safe.
5. Changes to This Policy
Vision Makers Ltd may revise this AUP at any time. Users will be notified of material updates via the Vision Makers Platform or email. Continued use of the Vision Makers Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
